Terms of Use
CAT Telecom (“CAT”) makes available for your use on its web site information, documents, software and products (collectively "Materials") relating to CAT2Call Service (Service) at www.cat2call.com, By subscribing to Service,you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. CAT may modify the Materials, Services and Terms of Use at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes at www.cat2call.com. In addition when using particular Services or Materials, you shall be subject to all terms and conditions, guidelines or rules applicable to such Services or Materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in the Terms of Use. All such terms and conditions, guidelines or rules shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Terms of Use.
Account, Password and Security
Before subscribing to Service account/card or service of www.cat2call.com, You are required to complete a registration form by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as required by the Registration Form. You then will receive an e-mail contains your account user ID and a pin code. When the account user ID and PIN have been delivered to your provided e-mail address, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account user ID and your pin code Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your assigned account. You agree to notify CAT2Call immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
By using Service account, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. You are advised to read these Terms of Use carefully and check the Rates and destinations before using for the Service account from www.cat2call.com.
Accounts
The account is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The account and any remaining credit balance will expire within 6 months for account 300 Baht and within 1 year for account 500 Baht from the date of first use or on the expiration date printed on the account, whichever occurs first. CAT will not be liable in any circumstances to customer for any expired account. CAT will not refund any credit balance remaining on the account on the date of expiry.
PIN and Access Number
The PIN (personal identification number) printed is unique to that account, and Customer shall be solely responsible for safeguarding the PIN from any unauthorized use. CAT shall not be liable to user/customer for any losses, damages, claims, costs or expenses suffered or incurred from theft, misuse or unauthorized use of the PIN.
Charges
You are requested to carefully check all applicable rate for your desired destinations. Charges for a call commence when the called number is answered by person, machine or otherwise. The credit balance of the account is deducted for each answered call in accordance with the Rates.
A call is immediately disconnected or terminated when the account balance becomes zero. Under no circumstance shall CAT be liable to customer or any third party for any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses resulting from any termination or disconnection of a call Service. All charges for the Service are based on the rates indicated on CAT2CALL’s web site. CAT reserves the right to change the rates charged, without prior notice, with effect upon posting such changes on the web site. You are responsible to visit CAT2CALL’s web site periodically to review the updated rates. Rates charges for the Service is calculated based on a full minute, and call times for each call are charged based on full minute increments after the initial one-minute minimum.
You agree that you are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of the use of your Service account, including ANY unauthorized use.
Force Majeure Event
The Service is subject to suspension, variation or cancellation by reason of force majeure including but not limited to war, riots, fire, flood, strike CAT shall have no liability to user/customer for such suspension, variation or cancellation of Service caused by force majeure event.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
CAT makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Service provided hereunder, and expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, description or fitness for any particular purpose or function.
Under no circumstance shall CAT be liable to user/customer for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses of any type or nature suffered or incurred by Customer as a result of or arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination of Service
CAT may, at its own discretion, terminate, without notice, your Service account to any part or all of the Service and any related service(s) at any time, if CAT believes that provision of such Service may cause any direct or indirect damage to us.
