CAT2Call is a trendy technology which makes it connected worldwide calls from a personal computer / notebook to any telephone from anywhere in the world. Calls are offered at low flat rate 24 hours a day. CAT2Call has existing PC-to-Phone VoIP capabilities through technology which facilitates such a service to be transmitted and delivered over the Internet and CAT Telecom’s Network.

 

2. How do I get start?

You have to download a PC2Phone dialer from our web site www.cat2call.com to your desktop. After It installed itself completely, back to the web site to buy account and then you will receive Account / PIN via e-mail.

 

3. Does CAT2Call have any list of system requirements?

System Requirements below :

• PC or Notebook
• Windows 95 /98 / 98 SE / NT / 2000 / ME / XP operating system
• Pentium 166 MHz processor or higher
• 32 MB of RAM or better
• Microphone & speakers, or headset
• Full-duplex sound card
• Internet Access from Broadband HiSpeed or Dial-up
• Recommend Minimum Internet Speed 33.6 kbps or higher for good quality of voice

 

4. How do I use the service of CAT2Call?

After you get the Account/PIN from CAT Telecom. You click the button of Account/PIN and enter your Account/PIN to make call. If you use our service on your own personal computer, you might tick to save them. If “not” you absolutely not tick to save it for prevent using Account/PIN from others. Then click “ok” to back the dialer. Enter the telephone number to make call. “Country Code + Phone Number“ (no access code)

 

5. How can I buy an account from CAT2Call and how I pay?

You must first download the dialer. Then click the 'Puchase' account on the front page. There are 2 prices of account 300 Baht and 500 Baht. You can pay by Credit Card VISA or Master Card or Direct Debit ( BankOfAsia)

 

6. How about the quality of voice and how is different from CAT 001?

The quality of call from CAT2Call would be lower than CAT 001 because CAT2Call bases on the technology VoIP

 

7. How can I do if I forgot my PIN?

CAT recommends that you must keep e-mail from CAT that contained Account/PIN. In case there is no mail, you can call to 1322 CAT Call Center or e-mail to cat2call@cat2call.com and give us your reference code.

 

8. Can I change my accounts/pin and how can I save my Account/PIN from fraudulence?

Yes. You can do it by yourself to change your pin at any time. If you change PIN code already, please keep as your personal information. After you change PIN code, CAT will not check or investigate your account anymore.

 

9. Can I recharge my account and use the same PIN?

Cannot. When your current account become zero, please order another one then you will receive new PIN. Therefore you cannot ex-pin.

 

10. Do you have any charge for called number?

A called number does not have any extra charge. CAT2Call will only charge the caller.

 

11. How does CAT2Call charge me?

CAT2Call will charge by calculating based on a full minute, and call times for each call are charged based on full minute increments after the initial one-minute minimum. There are rates as follows:

• 3 Baht/Min for Fixed Line number.
• 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15 Baht/Min for Mobile Phone number.
• And 3 Baht/Min for all numbers located in Thailand.
  

12. How many prices of account do you have?

CAT2Call offers 2 types of account, 300 Baht and 500 Baht. The accounts and any remaining credit balance will expire 6 months for account 300 Baht and 1 year for account 500 Baht from the date of first use. Without using, the expiration of an account is 2 years.

Dial the number by enter “Country Code + Phone number“

 

16. While I am calling and how will I know my account balance is going to be zero in few minutes?

No any signal or voice system to make you know. A call is immediately disconnected or terminated when the Account’s credit balance becomes zero.

 

17. If I have a trip outside my country can I use CAT2Call account from different places or Internet Cafes?

Absolutely, Simple use CAT2Call “PC2Phone Dialer” to make calls from any PC/Notebook. If there is no program of dialer in its, you have to install dialer by download from www.cat2call.com and then use your own account/pin to make call.

 

18. Can I use CAT2Call make connection worldwide?

Now there are 79 available destinations around the world. Check destination at www.cat2call.com

 

19. I make a call by using CAT2Call but no one answer, will CAT2Call charge me?

Typically, “No” , If no anybody or answering machine picks up your call, we will not charge you. However it depends on that destination.

 

20. What should I do if they already charged the price but I don’t receive the Account/PIN?

You will receive e-mail from CAT2Call after CAT Confirms the receipt of the order (When we got your order, your credit card has not benn charged at this point) and the then credit card has verified correctly. If you have not seen Account in 48 hours, please contact our call center 1322 or e-mail to cat2call@cat2call.com and provide an order number with your inquiry.

 

CAT2Call accept Visa Card issued by Banks in Thailand such as Asia Bank, Bank of Audhya, Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, HSBC Bank. CAT2Call recommend that the customer must do verified by Visa with your bank to prevent fraud.
